A Greek-inspired chickpea dish with onions and kale, simply seasoned with salt and pepper for clean, wholesome flavors.

- 8 ounces chickpea, dried
- 1 medium onion, unpeeled
- 1 whole clover
- ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoons black pepper
- 1 bunch kale, roughly chopped
Instructions

Place chickpeas in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Put the onion in the pot and cook for 40 minutes.

Add salt and pepper.

Add kale and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove onion.

Allow to cool and store in fridge until read to serve.
