Succulent garlic-butter shrimp served over a bed of sautéed kale with bright lemon flavor.

- ½ cup butter
- 24 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 5 cups kale, chopped
- 5 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 3 whole lemons, juiced
- 5 cups great northern beans, cooked
- 10 cups rice, cooked
Instructions

Melt butter in large pan.

Fry shrimp, cooking two minutes on each side.

Add kale and cook until it starts to wilt.

Add garlic and lemon juice and cook and stir for one minute.

Remove from heat, cool, and store in fridge until ready to serve.
